That would be on the 13 and 14. 13 because of the street dancing competion, and 14 because of the coconut floats competition. 14 also has a free concert by Rivermaya in the evening. Lots of food, drinks right on the street. Fireworks pa if you stay really late.
when’s the highlight of this festival kuya? we might come over, it looks fun
